Allhomes Sales person of the year award is celebrated across Canberra identifying, recognising and rewarding the excellence in the field of real estate and property management. The team at Allhomes along with their independent research organisation based the evaluation of the award criteria around sales person’s professionalism, commitment and client satisfaction. The call for entry was open for all registered sales people with a minimum of 20 sales over the past 12 months.
We at Morrissey Property are proud to receive the Allhomes Sales Person of the year Award for 2013. Trenton Morrissey (Director) received the award for his excellence in client satisfaction, level of professionalism, quality of communication and his ability to achieve successful outcomes for all parties in the negotiation process.
At the high end function when Allhomes CEO Tim White quizzed Trenton about his feelings, he responded with great excitement and stated, “I am honoured to be Allhomes sales person of the year and simultaneously humbled receiving this award in a room full of experienced, professional, and successful agents. I am sure I can speak on behalf of all agents in the room that we appreciate the impact Allhomes has made on our businesses and professions.” Trenton further added, “We look forward to partnering with Allhomes in the future to grow simultaneously and flourish together in the real estate industry.”
Trenton also thanked his team at Morrissey Property and the Allhomes Our People - Tim White (CEO), the management and directors, the IT programmers, sales and PR Our People.
The award was based on the feedback from 10 random vendors and 10 random purchasers over the past 12 months. An independent research organisation prepared the reports and selected Trenton as the winner competing against the finest agents in the ACT from the largest agencies in the region.
